Start with your own facts: OPT type, application date, receipt date, premium processing status, RFE or NOID history, approval date if any, card produced date if any, and card received date if any. Then choose the tool that matches the missing piece.
Avoid comparing your non-premium case with premium processing cases. Avoid comparing card delivery timing with approval timing. Avoid drawing conclusions from one unusually fast or slow report. Stronger signals come from multiple similar cases.
